2. Allowed Usage
2.1. Reselling: You may resell the Website to your clients for their personal use only. Your clients are prohibited from reselling, sharing, or distributing the Website to anyone else.
2.2. Hosting & Domain: Your clients may host the Website on one domain and one hosting server only.
2.3. Reselling Products: You and your clients may resell the products already included in the Website.
3. Restricted Usage
3.1. Reselling Resell Rights: Your clients are prohibited from reselling the resell rights for the Website and its products.
3.2. Distribution & Sharing: Your clients are prohibited from distributing or sharing the “Digital downloads Website By netbrux.com” without written permission from netbrux.com.
4. Legal Consequences
4.1. Violation Consequences: Any violation of these Terms, such as unauthorized distribution, resale, or misuse of the Product, may lead to legal action against you and/or your clients. Penalties may reach up to 5 Lac Rupees (INR) or the maximum extent permitted by law.
Account Deletion: Your account on our website may be deleted if you violate these Terms.
Software Updates: We reserve the right to withhold any updates for software products you use, in case of violation of these Terms.
Revocation of Licenses: Licenses for themes, plugins, and website usage may be revoked if these Terms are violated.
4.2. netbrux.com reserves the right to seek damages, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available under applicable laws for violations of these Terms.
4.3. netbrux.com regularly monitors for unauthorized use of its products. If a violation is detected, netbrux.com will take appropriate legal action.
5. Technical Support
5.1. Technical support is provided free of charge as per your plan and for the duration of your purchase. Support is limited to the theme, plugins, and existing features provided by netbrux.com.
5.2. netbrux.com will not provide free technical support if you or your clients:
- Change the theme, plugins, or existing features
- Modify theme or plugin licenses
5.3. You are free to customize the Website’s design. However, modifications to themes, plugins, licenses, or existing features will void free technical support.
6. Free Credit Points
6.1. Free credit points are awarded based on your purchased plan and become available after purchase.
6.2. These points can only be used to order activation and installation services for you or your clients.
6.3. Credit points are available in your netbrux.com account wallet and can only be used for activation and installation services.
6.4. Once your credit points reach zero, you can recharge your netbrux.com wallet and use the balance for additional activation and installation services.

8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and netbrux.com regarding the use of the Product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Updates to Terms
netbrux.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the netbrux.com website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms by netbrux.com shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
